All meat is gov't inspected. This is for our Goat, Lamb and Beef that we raise naturally.
Halal orders are accepted and processed in a Halal processing plant.

Silverstreams carries a variety of basic lamb cuts.
You can chose between frozen cuts, ready to be picked up for your BBQ
or fresh half or whole lamb.
As you can imagine we need some notice if you would like fresh, unfrozen meat,
as we need to make the neccesary arrangements.
Frozen meat can be picked up in any amount, while fresh, unfrozen meat is suitable if you would like to have a 1/2 or whole animal.
All meat is processed at a government inspected slaughterhouse.
We can also arrange for meat to be processed in a Halal facility.

Good For Your Health
Goat meat is 50%-65% lower in fat than similarly prepared pork, but has a similar protein content. The US department of Agriculture also has reported that saturated fat in cooked lamb is less than that of pork.
